The József Eötvös College of Higher Education at Baja is starting its Hyrdogeodesy and Hydrometry Summer School

A practically oriented summer school is organised at Baja by the Institute of Water Construction and Water Management of the József Eötvös College of Higher Education.

The training, organised for international students in the field of hydrology, is aimed at providing practical experience for the participants about measurement, data collection and data analysis. During field work, students can acquaint themselves with the most modern modelling procedures of hydrology and hydrodynamics.

The organisers have structured the curriculum of the three-week summer school in three thematic blocks.

The first week of August will be devoted to hydrogeodesy, while during the second week, the staff at the Institute of Water Construction and Water Management will introduce the participating engineering students to the field of hydrometry. The group of international students with an interest in data analysis and modelling are expected at the Summer School of the József Eötvös College at Baja between 15 and 19 of August.

More information is available about the Summer School at the Institute’s website.
