29 November 09.00 – 18.00 (open to the public)

30 November 09.00 – 16.00 (open to the public)

Entrance to the EXPO for exhibitors is from Kis Rókus street. For parking your car, you can use the Mammut Shopping Center.

Setting up and dismantling

Please note, that at the start of set-up and dismantling of the EXPO, many different booth-constructors and logistics services will be working on site. We recommend that you check and secure all the installed equipment and materials stored at your booth. During the entire period of set-up and dismantling, NO exhibitor passes are needed to gain access to the exhibition centre. Set-up starts on Saturday, 26 November, 2016 at 08:00. On the last day of set-up – Sunday, 27 November, 2016, all delivery and set-up vehicles must be out of the hall area and the delivery courtyards by 17:00 at the latest, as security check of the venue is starting at 18:00. Dismantling starts not earlier than Wednesday, 30 November 2016 at 18:00 and has to be finished by Thursday, 1 December, 2016 at 18:00.
